Application for Credit – Privacy Consents/Acknowledgements

Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Related Regulations (“Act”)

To: Autoflex Leasing Australasia Pty Ltd ACN 007 073 994, trading as Realityenterprisessa.com.au (“You”)

I acknowledge that You may collect my personal information (including identification details required to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws) to assess my application and personal and/or commercial creditworthiness; provide, monitor, and administer the product and related services; notify other credit providers in the event of any default on my part; share information with funders, purchasers, and rating agencies for funding, sale, or securitisation of the product; and share information with insurers, underwriters, or service providers to facilitate the provision of insurance or other services related to the product. This information may also be used to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.

I understand that failure to provide, or providing inaccurate or incomplete information, may result in the inability to process or approve the application, and may cause delays, blockages, or refusals in transactions.

I acknowledge that You may disclose my personal information (including identification details related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance, where applicable) to various organisations to carry out Your functions. These organisations may include credit reporting agencies, government departments and authorities, other credit providers, Your agents, third-party suppliers of goods associated with the product, and other parties providing services or credit in connection with the product. Information may also be shared to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Authority for You to Obtain Credit Information
To assess my personal and/or commercial credit application, I authorise You, Your agents, and third parties referring me to You, to obtain a credit report from a credit reporting agency (“Agency”) containing details about my personal or commercial credit, as well as a report regarding my creditworthiness from businesses that provide such information.

Information Provided to an Agency
I authorise You and Your agents to share certain information about me with an Agency, as permitted under the Act. This information may include my identity details, the fact that I have applied for credit, the credit amount, the fact that You are a credit provider, overdue payments greater than 60 days, dishonoured cheques, any serious infringements under specified circumstances, and whether the credit provided has been paid or discharged.

Authority to Exchange Information with Other Credit Providers
I authorise You to exchange information regarding my creditworthiness, standing, history, or capacity with Your agents and any credit providers listed in a credit report from an Agency. This includes sharing and receiving banker’s opinions regarding my creditworthiness, business, trade, or profession.

Authority to Collect Car Location Information
I authorise You to collect information regarding the current location of the vehicle, either from agencies, road authorities, individuals, or through electronic means.

Use of Personal Information
You may also use my personal information to offer products or services that You believe may be of interest to me.
